By accessing or using the Kurbside website and booking platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kurbside provides an online platform for booking ground transportation services. Transportation services are provided by independent, licensed third-party transportation charter party (TCP) operators, not by Kurbside directly. Kurbside is not a transportation carrier.

3. Bookings and Payment

When you make a reservation through the Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Prices displayed at the time of booking are estimates and may be subject to adjustment for factors such as additional stops, wait time, or changes to your itinerary.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking and on our FAQ page. Kurbside reserves the right to modify its cancellation policy at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to submitting fraudulent booking requests, interfering with the operation of the Service, or engaging in abusive conduct toward drivers or Kurbside staff.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kurbside shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the transportation services provided by third-party operators.

7. Changes to These Terms

Kurbside may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
